Watchman Mallaiah was rescued early on Saturday, Feb 6 and shifted to hospital, informed Hyderabad District Collector Navin Mittal.
The rescue operations continue as police suspect that many more may be trapped under the ruins of the four-storey building in Hyderabad's Narayanguda area.
As of now, the accident has killed 13, including a two-year-old child and a four women. Six people were injured in the mishap. All the victims were construction workers. The government has announced compensation of Rs 2,00,000 to the families of the deceased.
