Manmohan Singh fit and healthy: AIIMS
New Delhi, Mar 1: On Sunday, Mar 1 AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Science) doctors said that Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's test results are 'quite satisfactory'. PM visited AIIMS to undergo the tests as part of a planned post-operative assessment.
The Chief of Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Sciences Department at the hospital told media that the PM is making steady progress. Manmohan Singh underwent coronary artery bypass surgery at the AIIMS on Jan 24 to remove five blocages in his heart.
