Nine in fray for Hamirpur Lok Sabha by-polls

Shimla, May 16 (UNI) Nine candidates are in the fray for Lok Sabha by-polls from Hamirpur constituency of Himachal Pradesh that goes to the polls on June two, returning officer cum district deputy commissioner Rajneesh Kumar said today.

Nomination papers of all the candidates were found to be correct after the scrutiny, he said in a release here.

Mr Kumar said since the papers of the BJP candidate were found to be correct, the nomination papers of the party's covering candidate, Satpl Singh Satti, have been rejected.
