Israel Warns Any Successor To Khamenei Will Be A Target Ahead Of Iran Funeral

Tensions in the Middle East remain extremely high following the reported killing of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in joint US-Israeli strikes over the weekend.

Even before his funeral takes place, Israel has issued a strong warning, saying that any successor chosen to replace him would also be considered a target.
