Amit Shah Commends Pujyashri Vrajraj Maharaj for Lifesaving Initiatives During Covid Pandemic

Union Home Minister Amit Shah recognised Pujyashri Vrajraj Maharaj for his significant contributions during the Covid pandemic, particularly the installation of oxygen plants that saved countless lives. The minister announced upcoming projects aimed at promoting peace and support for the needy.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah praised Pujyashri for initiatives that saved many lives during the COVID-19 pandemic. He highlighted that oxygen plants set up by Pujyashri were crucial during the second wave, saving thousands of lives and continuing to serve hospitals today. Shah's remarks were made during the Global Hindu Vaishnav Prerna Mahotsav via video conference.

Shah announced that Vadodara will become the global Vaishnav hub from December 21 to 29. During this period, Vaishnavas from 25 countries will gather to engage in divine narrations. This event is expected to bring together followers from across the globe, celebrating their shared beliefs and practices.

Global Gathering of Vaishnavas

The Pushtimargiya sect, according to Shah, encourages its followers to live with devotion and love. It also instills values such as peace and balance in its adherents. This spiritual path aims to foster a harmonious existence among its followers, promoting a life enriched with spiritual values.

Pujyashri Vrajraj Kumarji Maharaj is leading five significant projects during this festival. These initiatives include creating a tension-free world, providing food for the hungry, promoting cow service in every home, establishing Hindu schools, and enhancing national service. These projects aim to deepen religious devotion across India.

Initiatives for Social Welfare

In his 15-year journey, Pujyashri has inspired and mobilised numerous volunteers worldwide. At 39, he has engaged lakhs of dedicated individuals across more than 15 countries and over 46 cities. His leadership has been pivotal in spreading the values and teachings of the Pushtimargiya sect globally.

Shah emphasised that these projects will not only strengthen religious devotion but also contribute significantly to social welfare. The initiatives are designed to address various societal needs while fostering a sense of community and service among followers.

The festival serves as a platform for sharing spiritual teachings and promoting unity among Vaishnavas worldwide. It highlights the importance of collective efforts in addressing global challenges through spirituality and service.
