Punjab Education Reform Sees Singapore Training For Government School Principals

Punjab education reform signals a sustained push to elevate school leadership and teaching quality through ongoing Singapore training for government principals. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has again stressed reform in the Punjab education system by flagging off a new group of 30 government school principals for international training in Singapore. This is the eighth batch sent to Singapore to study global teaching methods and administrative practices.

The programme aims to help principals observe world-class classrooms and learn modern school leadership skills. With this latest group, the number of Punjab government school principals trained in Singapore has risen to 264. The state government expects these experiences to shape daily work in schools.
