The Much Honoured Baron of Braemar Co-Authors Puerto Rico’s National Policy on AI in Education

The Much Honoured Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt of Braemar, Baron of Braemar, has served as a principal co-author of the Department of Education of Puerto Rico’s foundational policy, “Guide for the use of Artificial Intelligence for student learning.” Promulgated in December 2025, this definitive instrument establishes the framework for the integration of Artificial Intelligence within the classroom, providing essential guidance for pedagogues, rectors, and the student body alike. His Lordship, a scholar of high standing in educational leadership and Special Envoy for Education to the Andean Parliament, presided over a delegation of learned scholars from the House of Feigenblatt to assist the Department in this noble endeavour.

Appointments and Diplomatic Endeavours

In pursuit of further advancements in this field, the Baron of Braemar has announced the elevation of Dr. Rosangela Diaz Otero to the office of Special Envoy for Artificial Intelligence for the Baronial Court. In this capacity, she shall act as a nexus between the Court and diverse sovereign governments to facilitate the development of AI policy. Prominent education visionary Adelino Sousa, co-founder of Mars Challenge, will be elevated to the office of Special Envoy for Aerospace Education, to coordinate the Baronial Court’s efforts in this growing field.

The Baronial Court and the Interuniversity Lecture Series

The Baronial Court of Braemar continues to oversee an expansive network of cooperation, including:

• The Interuniversity Lecture Series: A coalition of over forty universities and national academies dedicated to the promotion of Peace, Development, and Education.
• The Baron of Braemar Awards: Inaugurated in 2025 with a solemn investiture held at the National Assembly of the Republic of Ecuador.
• Formal Relations: The Court maintains official accords with the Andean Parliament, the Central American Parliament, and numerous other international institutions.
