Media tracking pages have also pointed out that the user who shared this image earlier posted similar AI-generated visuals involving other celebrities, including Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, which had also gone viral before being debunked.

As of now, Kartik Aaryan has made no announcement regarding marriage, nor has any credible media outlet confirmed such an event. None of the celebrities "seen" in the image have acknowledged the photo either.
