CBSE 12th Result 2026 Likely Today, Here’s Where And How To Check Marksheets Online

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the Class 12 board examination results today, even as the board has not officially confirmed the exact date or timing yet. A post shared by DigiLocker has intensified anticipation among lakhs of students waiting for their scores.

"CBSE Class XII Results 2026 Coming Soon on DigiLocker," the platform posted, urging students to activate their accounts before the declaration of results.

Students Await Official Result Link Activation

Students have been closely monitoring CBSE's official portals since early morning. However, as of now, the Class 12 result tab has not appeared on cbseresults.nic.in. The website currently only displays the Class 10 result section.

The Class 12 board examinations were conducted in India and abroad between February 17 and April 10, 2026, in a single shift from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Despite no official confirmation from CBSE regarding the timing of the announcement, previous trends indicate that the board often releases results without a prior press briefing or formal notice.

Once declared, students will be able to access their marks through multiple platforms including the official CBSE websites, DigiLocker, UMANG, and SMS services.

Ahead of the result declaration, DigiLocker has also shared instructions for students who have not yet created an account.

To activate the account, students need to:

• Visit the CBSE DigiLocker portal
• Click on "Get Started"
• Enter the Access Code provided by the school
• Verify the registered mobile number using OTP

After successful verification, the DigiLocker account will be activated and students will be able to access digital marksheets and certificates once results are released.

No Press Conference For Result Announcement

CBSE will not hold a press conference for announcing the Class 12 board results this year. Students are advised to rely only on official platforms for updates and avoid unofficial links circulating online.

The board is expected to activate the result links shortly as anticipation continues to grow among students and parents across the country.
