How the Service Works

The process is simple and similar to using Blinkit in regular city locations.
When travellers open the Blinkit app at the airport, it automatically detects their location and shows a special catalogue available inside the terminal. After placing an order, a team of Blinkit delivery staff referred to as "walkers"-brings the items directly to the customer within the terminal.

Unlike regular deliveries, this system does not use bikes or vehicles. Instead, it is designed to work smoothly within the secure and restricted airport environment.
