Bengaluru Power Cut on February 11: 30+ South Bengaluru Areas to Go Without Power for 7 Hours

Residents across southern parts of Bengaluru are advised to prepare for scheduled power cuts on Tuesday, February 10, and Wednesday, February 11, as maintenance work is carried out. Authorities said the outages will affect both residential and commercial areas, with timings varying across different neighbourhoods.

The power interruptions are part of routine maintenance and infrastructure strengthening works. Residents have been asked to plan essential activities in advance to avoid inconvenience.

Bengaluru Power Cut on February 10 (Tuesday): Timings, Affected Areas

On Tuesday, February 10, power supply will be disrupted from 10 am to 5 pm in HSR Layout 5th Sector, Jakkasandra, Teachers Colony, parts of Venkatapura, Greenage Apartments, Koramangala Extension, Chennakeshava Nagar, Hosa Road, Singasandra and Hongasandra.

During the same 10 am to 5 pm window, AECS Layout A and B Block, Huskur, Naganathapura, Koodlu, Muneshwara Layout, Doddanagamangala, Parappana Agrahara, Chikkathogur and Bellandur-2 will also face outages. Mahaveer Ranches Apartment, IBM campus areas, Jakkasandra Extension and nearby localities are included in the shutdown list.

In another slot on Tuesday from 10 am to 4 pm, power cuts are scheduled in Kaveri Nagar, Hulimavu, Akshaya Nagar, BTS Layout and Kodichikkanahalli. Electronics City Phase-2, Veersandra, Chokkasandra, Guruppanapalya, BG Road stretch, BTM 1st Stage, Madiwala, Maruthi Nagar and Bismillah Nagar will also experience disruptions.

On Wednesday, February 11, power supply will be disrupted in multiple parts of Koramangala between 10 am and 5 pm.

Koramangala (Netravathi Block, Godavari Block, ST Bed, Judicial Block), Jyothinivas College area, KML Village, Kapila Block, Raheja Tower, Prestige Star Tech Park, B Nagasandra, NAL Road, SR Layout, NR Layout, PR Layout, Amarjyothi Layout West Wing, Vinayakanagar, Wing Tunnel Road, Koramangala Industrial Area 5th Block, Madiwala, Venkateshwara Layout, Chikka Adugodi, Jogi Colony, CAR Police Quarters, St John Staff Quarters, St John's Hospital, Adugodi Main Road.

10 am - 4 pm

Laxmi Layout, Southcity Apartments, Kammanahalli, Shanthinikethana School, Electronics City Phase-1, Doddathogur, Bommanahalli, NJR Layout, Chikkathogur, Hongasandra, Konnappana Agrahara and nearby areas.

Authorities have advised residents in all affected areas to charge essential devices, store sufficient water where motor pumps are dependent on electricity, and plan work schedules accordingly. Businesses and offices in the listed localities have also been urged to make backup arrangements during the scheduled maintenance window.

Power supply is expected to resume immediately after the completion of the maintenance work.
