Based on her statement, a case has been registered under Sections 64 (rape), 70(1) (gang rape) and 351(2) (criminal intimidation) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
Investigators said efforts are underway to trace both accused. Police teams are reviewing CCTV footage near the villa and the location where the survivor was dropped, while also collecting forensic evidence.
